  1. Hello,

I just purchased (through Morris Motors) and installed a TJ-2994 bumper, a 5294 swing arm tire rack and the 5127 gas can holders. There were NO instuctions of any kind in any of the boxes. I had to use the photo on your site of the cross section of the swing arm bearing swivel for that portion of the install. I installed it exactly as it appeared in the photo The arm was fine at first but now drops down about an inch on the latched end when swung open, and has to be lifted up to relatch. There was no cotter pin or hole for a pin on the threaded portion of the bumper spindle. I believe the retaining nut is turning and loosening everytime the swing arm is opened. Do you have any suggestions on a solution, and do you have the bearing and seal kits available, as I will need to destroy the cap to open this thing up?
