Hi David… currently we don’t manufacture the bumper for the 99-2004 Tacoma’s … yet. Just the 2005 and up. Notice (yet). We’re on the drawing board.

Is there a recommended winch for this new front bumper? Maybe a size restriction due to the space provided on the inside of the bumper?
We installed a Mile Marker 8000 pound winch. The particular winch that we used has the control box over the motor not the drum. This places the control box right under the grill with plug access behind the grill. Or you can get longer control box leads and relocate the box under the hood.
Winches that have the solenoid box over the drum are too tall and will not fit.
will the oem fog lights fit in the light holes on the front bumper?
Most all OEM lights fit nicely!
Can you do the sport rack on a 6ft bed, or just the 5 1/2?
Yes the TC-6124 and 5129 cab basket will fit the long bed taco. They only thing that he will need to add done washers between the foot and the bed where it attaches to the bed. This will make it level with the ridges in the bed. We do not provide the washers. Other than that it will work just fine.
